I‘ve developed a strong passion for the world of HEALTH & FITNESS. I’m from the south so diet is usually the source of all illness with us. Losing so many family members & friends to the lack of attention paid to their health I now fully understand my purpose as well as the idea of “living a selfless life”. After receiving a B.S. degree in Health & Human performance from Prairie View A&M University, I continue to dedicate my time to learning as much as I can about the world of health & fitness to help as many people as possible to live a full life.
